Our Family

For more than eighty years, the Kesarwani family has sold food it would happily serve at its own table, from a shop in the heart of Prayagraj's old city at Loknath Chowk, Chowk. What began as a single provisions shop is now Kesari Ananta, a family-run brand bringing the same hand-picked dry fruits, seeds and A2 desi cow ghee to homes across India. Three generations still stand behind every order.

Amarnath Kesarwani, 80, is the founder and guiding mind behind Kesari. For over five decades he built the family's name from the shop at Loknath Chowk in the old city of Prayagraj, learning to judge dry fruits, ghee and provisions by hand, eye and smell. His standards for sourcing and quality are the foundation the brand still runs on, and the family still turns to him before any product earns a place on the shelf.

Sangeeta Kesarwani leads Kesari day to day as the family's custodian, after Amarnath stepped back from running the counter. Daughter-in-law to the founder, she carries the kitchen-and-counter knowledge of which foods are worth trusting, how to use them, and how to keep them fresh. She oversees quality and the everyday recipes the family has cooked for years.

Abhishek Kesarwani is taking the family's eighty-year-old Prayagraj food business online as the founder of Kesari Ananta. A third-generation Kesarwani, he pairs the family's heritage in dry fruits, seeds and A2 ghee with a modern, honest approach to healthy eating and sourcing, so the trust built at Loknath Chowk now reaches homes far beyond Prayagraj.

From Loknath Chowk to your home, the same family, the same standards.
